The vinyl impression is another one of our specialties in impression. We have machinery and different types from vinyl to cover all the needs.

Helma Design SL has specialized in textile vinyl impression in different colors and special effects (Flock, reflecting…). Also we are specialists in textile vinyl multicolor, have two versions, conventional Flock or, these materials are printed with photographic quality, reproducing the detail and colors of the original one yet. The client us must provide the original one in computer support solely and we reproduce it through computer.

The vinyl impression is a technique that consists on applying to a plastic product on the weave of cotton of great resistance and flexibility. A plotter draws and trims the design that later will transfer the t-shirt through an industrial plate. The impression or stamping through vinyl has the advantage of its high resistance to time. In fat, the cloth gets always damaged much earlier than the vinyl.
